Inquisition is a strategic fantasy card game featuring four different types of heroes. Assemble your deck, plan your attack, and unleash your Inquisition Fury. Whether you're a cunning tactician, a fearless warrior, or a master of arcane arts, your choices shape the battlefield.

Years ago, the four of us—close friends with a shared passion for games—came together to create this game. After brainstorming, designing, and playtesting, we decided to bring our idea to life and publish it. Using The Game Crafter, a platform that lets creators design and print custom board games, we were able to turn our vision into a tangible product. Each of us contributed to the design and development, ensuring that every aspect of the game was fun and engaging!

Card Deck Composition:
Common (24 cards): 6 of each suit
Uncommon (16 cards): 4 of each suit
Rare (8 cards): 2 of each suit
Legendary (4 cards): 1 of each suit

Match Setup Instructions:
Decide who goes first: Flip a coin to determine who will start the game.

Starting Hand:
Draw 15 cards to begin the match. After your initial draw, you may discard any of these 3 cards and redraw to fine-tune your hand.

Match Structure:
The game consists of 3 matches.
At the start of each match, you will have 5 cards in play. You choose where to place your cards, keeping them face down until both players have laid their cards.

Front Row Priority:
The front row must always be occupied. If a character in the front row dies, select any character from the back row to take their place.

Match Layout:
The game board consists of 3 rows:
Front Row: Contains 2 cards
Back Row: Contains 3 cards

Attack Range:
The attack range of a character determines how many rows it can target.
Archer: Range +3 / 120 HP
Healer: Range +1 / 120 HP
Spear/Shield: Range +1 / 150 HP
Mage: Range +2 / 100 HP

Strategic Play: You have flexibility in how you approach the three matches:

• Start with lower-quality cards in the first match to conserve your stronger cards for later rounds.
• Alternatively, play your strongest cards early and balance your strategy throughout the game.
